The GGRA uses the Food Safety Manager Exam furnished by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals in its FSC classes. The Food Safety Manager Exam is one of four exams recognized by the California State Health Department as satisfying certification requirements. Students must pass with a score of 75% or higher on the exam in order to receive certification.
Cancellations or changes confirmed two (2) weeks prior to the class date will be accepted but subject to a withdrawal fee of $25 for GGRA members and $35 for non-members. GGRA will not refund any portion of payment for cancellations made after this date for no-shows. Attendee substitutions will be accepted.
