On Thursday, April 15 three San Francisco restaurants accepted counterfeit $100 gift certificates by American Express. The counterfeit passer enters the restaurant, spends less than $20, and then pays with the $100 gift certificate. In one case the signature is Lester Green who apparently showed a Las Vegas Driver's License.
