The GGRA has entered into a partnership with the San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau to create a dual membership discount available to existing members of each other's organization. The program would provide a 25% discount for existing GGRA members choosing to join the SFCVB as an incentive bonus during their first year of membership. The SFCVB would offer a 25% discount to current SFCVB members choosing to join the GGRA as an incentive bonus during their first year of membership. The initial program would be effective from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011.

The GGRA and SFCVB have been working together diligently to increase the potential marketing programs for the benefit of members of both associations. For example, GGRA has promoted Dine About Town, and the SFCVB has promoted SFChefsFoodWine. This partnership is an outgrowth of those efforts.
