The On-line Training is provided by Training Achievement Program (TAP). TAP is an efficient way to train for the Food Safety Manager Exam. Participants are given a unique username and password and have up to four months to successfully complete self paced training.

TAP offers a Pass Assurance Standards (PAS) Warranty:

• Complete the assigned lessons/modules as scheduled by the manager. The manager (GGRA Test Site Administrator) will be monitoring results.
• Obtain a minimum per lesson/module score of 90%. You are allowed two chances to answer each question with an opportunity to review and you can redo each lesson up to 5 times. Once a score of 90% or better has been achieved, do not return to that lesson again.
• The minimum score required on the Sample Test is 90%. Any question marked as incorrect will offer a direct link to the area in the course where the topic was presented for further study. You can retake the test up to five times or until a score of 90% or better has been achieved.
• Pre-Certification Examination refresher review: Within 48 hours of any certification examination, re-study/take the Sample Test and get a score of 90% or better.
