Update as of July 2, 2009 - On June 6th, 2009 the GGRA filed petition for a writ of certiorari with the US Supreme Court. The petition asks the court to review the decision of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals challenging the San Francisco Employer Mandate for Healthcare (Health Care Security Ordinance).
